Blake's Tower

Blake's Tower is a fortified outpost constructed around a pre-war electricity pylon located 15km northwest of the ruined settlement of Kulin, approximately 130km into the Desert.
Its sole inhabitant is eccentric ex-Scav Toby Blake, who constructed it around 2078 and has lived there as a hermit even since.
Despite unexpected visitors usually being greeted by a shotgun blast over their heads, the tower is well known as a shelter and stopping off point for those Scavs skilled enough to venture so deep into the dune sea. Blake - once convinced of peaceful intentions - is generally happy to share food (mostly dried meat), water (from a deep pre-war borehole) and shelter with travelers in return for ammunition, medicines and news.
