Donnelly River is a D'Entrecasteaux Defence Corps Border Post, based in the pre-war Donnelly River Lumber Mill buildings beside the Donnelly River in northern D'Entrecasteaux State.

The post is a front line position against the Warlords and is heavily fortified. A garrison of 90 is permanently on station.

The steam powered lumbering machinery of the mill buildings was removed to Deanmill shortly after the Winter, but the tall smokestacks remain and are a notable landmark on the Nannup road.
