Latin
From Wild Southwest Wiki
Latin - the ancient language of Rome - is surprisingly common in the Southwest. It is most often encountered in the form of corporate and professional mottoes, and many inhabitants can pick out a few words when necessary.
The Borden Library is the recognised authority on all matters Latin. It runs a small side business in creating mottoes for up and coming companies and individuals, and is branching out into personalised coats of arms and heraldry.
