LOCATION
|
Mount Clarence is the highest of the three hills surrounding Albany.
Located on the east side of the city it stands 157 metres high. The summit is occupied by the Mount Clarence Radar Station and a badly damaged memorial to some long forgotten war. Some of the city's piped water is supplied by reservoirs on the west slope.
