Mount Adelaide is the lowest of the three hills surrounding Albany.
Located to the east of the city and Mount Clarence it stands 90 metres high. Its summit is occupied by Princess Royal Fortress, overlooking King George Sound and Ataturk Entrance.
The entire hill is a high security area and both difficult and hazardous to access without authorisation.
