Located on the far side of Princess Royal Harbour from Albany Pagoda Point is known for casinos, brothels, and other facilities not tolerated within Albany city limits.

A privately operated auroch cart makes several runs back and forth to Pagoda Point each night. The final trip back to Albany around 3:30 in the morning is notorious for riotous behavior.
