Palli Time

Palli Time is a term referring to the lack of punctuality and urgency allegedly common to inhabitants of Pallinup State. It is said that anyone planning to get any job or task done in Pallinup needs to factor in "Palli time", where urgent means next week and now means "when I get round to it".
An individual who takes their time responding to requests or getting things done may also be said to be operating on Palli time.
