This page provides a partial timeline of major events in the Wild Southwest. All dates are given according to the Southern States Calendar. The Borden Calendar considers all dates to be two years earlier.

- The Great War (??). Start of the Winter (??). The precise year and date are uncertain with some estimates placing the war as early as 2014, and some as late as 2025. 2020 is used as a standard placeholder date throughout the Southwest.

- The STS Leeuwin II arrives in Albany harbour carrying 100 refugees from the north.

- Birth of Professor Arthur Kennetson (approx).

- The garrison at the Albany Forts commence trading with the city, ending seven years of isolation.

- Captain Davis pens the Principles and forms the Middleton Militia.

- 20th February - Captain Davis enters the Forts and in three days of negotiation convinces the garrison to help restore civil order. Within a year the gangs are driven out and Albany is under joint Militia and Garrison control.

- The Frenchman Bay Whaling Station is reopened to provide food and fuel for Albany.

- 1st June - Signing of the Castle Rock Treaty establishing the State of Porongurup
- 10th August - Captain Davis and a group of companions leave Albany for Manjimup on foot. They are never seen again.

- 20th June - Anthony Barker single-handedly kills a rhinoceros sized mutant while armed only with a machete near Capel.

- Porongurup and Denmark formalise their common border with the Hay River Treaty. The town of Young narrowly votes to join Denmark.

- Gareth Morley begins researching at the Borden Library.

- 25th March - D'Entrecasteaux, Frankland, Denmark and Porongurup sign the Treaty of the States, formalising their borders and committing to peaceful co-operation.
- July 2nd - Robert Milford last seen in Tunney.
- July 8th - The Milford Farm is found abandoned. None of the Milford family are ever seen again.

- The STS Leeuwin sets a currently unbroken record of just under 12 hours for the "timber run" from Windy Harbour to Albany.

- 5th June - The town of Mallalyup is destroyed by raiders.
- Gareth Morley releases his second series of Radlands maps.
- The Denmark Congress passes new banking and investment laws in an attempt at economic stimulus. Four of the five major banks move their headquarters to Denmark Town within the next four years.

- August - A man claiming to be Peter Milford appears in Albany. He is soon revealed to be one Cyril Ashfield of Dinninup.
- September - The Kwinana Firearms Foundry KFF-60 goes into production.

- The Black Tuesday Fires devastate the forests of northern D'Entrecasteaux.
